Crew Chief
In addition to fulfilling
driver responsibilities,
the Crew Chief will lead and manage
the entire moving process, overseeing a team to
ensure efficient packing, loading, and
unloading of clients' belongings. The ideal
candidate must have previous experience as a
driver, demonstrate leadership skills, and possess
the ability to coordinate and
motivate a team effectively. Strong organizational
and problem-solving skills are
essential for ensuring a smooth and successful move.
Driver
Responsibilities include
transporting clients' belongings safely and
efficiently,
adhering to traffic rules, and ensuring the secure
loading and unloading of items. The
ideal candidate should have the ability to lift at
least 50lbs, endure extended periods
on their feet, possess a valid driver's license, and
maintain a clean driving record.
Strong communication and customer service skills are
a plus.
Mover
Your primary focus will be
on the careful handling and transportation of
clients'
belongings. Responsibilities include lifting at
least 50lbs, endure extended periods on
your feet, and ensuring the utmost care and respect
for client possessions. Must have a
strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a
commitment to delivering exceptional
service in every move.
Customer Service Representative
As a CSR, you will be the
first point of contact for clients, handling
incoming
requests, providing information, and scheduling
moving services. You must have excellent
communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the
ability to manage multiple tasks
efficiently. Attention to detail and a
customer-centric approach are essential for
ensuring a positive experience for our clients
throughout the moving process.
